Account Credit Addition Guide

Steps to add “account credit (funds)” in the client portal that can be used for future orders and invoice payments.

Overview #

From the client portal, you can make a prepayment to your account and add credit that can be used for future orders and invoice payments.

Prerequisites #

  • You are logged into the client portal
  • You have decided on the amount you wish to add

Operating Procedure #

1Open “Billing” from the left menu #

  1. Click “Billing” from the left menu in the client portal.

2Open the “Add Funds” tab #

  1. Click “Add Funds” from the tabs at the top of the billing screen.

3Set the amount and payment method (gateway) #

  1. Enter the amount you wish to add in “Amount”.
  2. Select a “Gateway” (payment method). For example: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card payment, etc.

Important

Paid account credits are generally not eligible for cash withdrawal refunds. Please refer to the Account Credit Terms and Conditions for detailed handling.

3.1(Optional) Check and select payment method options #

When you open the gateway dropdown, a list of available payment methods will be displayed.

4Click “+ Add Funds” to create an invoice #

  1. Confirm your input and click “+ Add Funds”.
  2. An invoice will be automatically created.

5Proceed with payment from the created invoice or download the PDF #

  1. On the created invoice screen, click “Pay Now!” to proceed with payment (the displayed content will vary depending on the selected gateway).
  2. If needed, you can obtain the invoice PDF from “Download PDF”.

Completion Confirmation (Checking Credit Balance) #

  • Once payment is completed, it will be reflected in the “Available Credit” (balance display) at the top of the client portal.
  • If it takes time to be reflected, please wait and reload the page.

Additional Notes and Precautions #

  • Paid account credits are generally not eligible for cash withdrawal refunds. For details, please refer to the Account Credit Terms and Conditions.
  • The “Redeem Voucher” field is only used if you have a coupon or voucher code.
  • Depending on the payment method, you may be redirected to another screen or additional authentication (e.g., 3D Secure) may be required.

Troubleshooting #

Credit is not being reflected #

  • If the invoice remains “unpaid”: Payment may not have been completed. Please check the payment status from the invoice screen.
  • If payment was completed but not reflected: Wait a moment and reload the page. If the issue persists, please contact support through a support ticket.
