【Fees Other Than Service Charges】
・Internet connection fees and communication charges (customer’s responsibility)
・In case of bank transfer: transfer fees (customer’s responsibility)
・For domains/SSL, etc., additional fees may be incurred as determined by registries/certificate authorities (indicated on the application screen)
・For integration/on-site work, etc.: actual expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and facility access fees may be incurred (specified in advance estimates or individual contracts)

【Payment Methods】
Payment shall be made by the method displayed on the application screen.
(e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, etc. ※Varies by service)

【Payment Timing】
・Credit card/PayPal/Stripe, etc.: Payment is finalized at the time of order (application).
・Bank transfer: Payment must be made within 3 days from the application date; for renewal invoices, payment must be made by the renewal date (deadline). If payment is not confirmed within the deadline, the application may be treated as canceled.
・For recurring billing (subscription) such as monthly/annual plans: Automatic payment (or renewal invoice) occurs on the renewal date. If canceled before renewal, no subsequent charges will be made.

【Service Provision Timing (Delivery Timing)】
■Cloud/VPS/GPU-VPS/Reseller, etc. (Client Portal Services)
After payment confirmation, services are provided in a usable state within several minutes to 1 business day in principle.
(Provision may be delayed if screening is required, during busy periods, or depending on configuration details)

■Domain registration/transfer/renewal and SSL certificates
After payment confirmation, procedures are initiated in principle. Due to processing by external organizations (registries/registrars/certificate authorities, etc.), completion of provision may take time.

■Integration/implementation support/custom development/consulting, etc. (individual projects)
Follows the delivery dates and implementation dates specified in individual estimates and contracts (NDAs/service agreements, etc.)

【Provision Method (Delivery Method)】
・Provision via client portal, notification by email, or methods designated by our company
・Integration/on-site work, etc.: On-site response, online meetings, electronic delivery of deliverables, etc. (in accordance with individual contracts)

【Application Validity Period】
・When bank transfer is selected: Payment must be made within 3 days from the application date.
・Services with estimates: When an estimate includes a validity period, that provision applies.

【Sales Quantity Restrictions and Service Conditions】
・Some services such as GPU-VPS have limitations on the number of units available due to inventory/equipment conditions, etc.
・Limits for each plan (CPU/memory/bandwidth/storage, etc.) and usage restrictions follow the application screen, specification pages, and terms of use.

【Cancellation (Withdrawal/Termination of Application)】
■Client Portal Services (Subscription)
・Cancellations can be requested from the client portal (follow the portal instructions for the application method).
・The effect of cancellation is treated as “renewal will not be performed (renewal suspension)” for applications made by the day before the next renewal date in principle.
・For fees already paid, refunds will not be made in principle unless there is a reason attributable to our company.
※However, if refund conditions are specified for individual services, such indications or terms of use take precedence.

■Domains/SSL
・Cancellation may not be possible after procedures have begun (registration/transfer/renewal applications, certificate issuance applications, etc.).
・Due to the nature of external organizations, refunds may not be possible (follow the application screen, terms of use, and respective provision conditions).

■Integration/Individual Projects
・Conditions for cancellation/schedule changes/mid-term termination follow individual contracts (fees may be incurred after work has commenced).

【Returns and Exchanges】
Due to the nature of digital services, returns are not possible after provision has begun.
If physical goods are sold, follow the conditions on each product page and the terms of use.

【Defects/Non-conformity (Contractual Non-conformance)】
If services cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to our company, alternative measures, recovery responses, reductions/refunds, etc., may be provided in accordance with the terms of use.

【Operating Environment】
・To use the client portal, an internet connection and the latest major browsers (Chrome/Edge/Safari/Firefox, etc.) are recommended.
・If cookies/JavaScript are disabled, some application and management functions may not be available.

【Notes Regarding Representations and Services】
・Displayed performance values, service availability, time until service provision, etc., may vary depending on equipment conditions, communication environment, external service provider processing, etc.
・Service specifications and conditions may be changed without notice (indications and terms of use at the time of application take precedence).

【Special Notes (Priority Relationship)】
When individual contracts such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or other contracts are concluded for integration services, implementation support, custom development, consulting, etc., the provisions of such individual contracts shall apply with priority (within the scope not contrary to laws and regulations).
