Can I migrate from the DNS I'm using now?

Yes. You can bulk-import your existing records via a zone file or AXFR (zone transfer). The migration steps and points to watch out for are explained in detail in the operations guide.

Can I use DDoS protection, DNSSEC, and failover?

DDoS protection and DNSSEC are standard on every plan (DNSSEC is enabled per zone). Failover monitoring (health checks and automatic switchover for A records) comes with one included on Business, and on Basic / Start it can be added as a paid monthly add-on.
