Price Display Policy

Pricing Display Policy

We promise that all customers can understand without confusion before signing up “how much they will pay,” “when and at what intervals they will be billed,” and “what the cancellation and renewal terms are.”
We present prices honestly and clearly, without relying on exaggerations or misleading displays.

1. Definition of Terms

We clearly define the following terms for pricing display.

  • Monthly Payment (Monthly Fee): Payment amount billed every month

  • Annual Payment (Annual Lump Sum): Payment amount for one year paid in full

  • Monthly Equivalent: A reference display calculated by dividing the total amount of annual payment (annual lump sum) by 12

  • Initial/First Year/Limited Period: Pricing applicable only for a specific period

  • Additional Fees: Costs that may be incurred beyond the base fee (options, overage charges, service fees, etc.)

2. Basic Principles of Pricing Display (Our Promise)

2-1. When we display “monthly fee,” it is the monthly payment amount

The price we display as “◯◯円 per month” is the monthly fee for monthly payment (billed every month).
We do not prominently display the monthly equivalent of an annual lump sum as a monthly fee.

2-2. For annual payment (annual lump sum), we always show both “total amount” and “billing cycle”

When presenting annual payment (annual lump sum), we display the following on the same screen in the same flow of understanding.

  • Annual fee (total amount): ◯◯円/year

  • Billing cycle: Once per year (annual renewal)

  • Reference: Monthly equivalent ◯◯円 (*Reference display)

*”Monthly equivalent” must always be clearly indicated as “reference” and expressed in a way that does not confuse it with monthly payment fees.

3. Display Rules to Prevent Misleading (Design and Information Layout)

We do not hide important pricing information in positions or expressions that are likely to be skipped.

  • Important terms (billing cycle, total amount, renewal terms, applicable period) are
not relegated only to small footnotes or the edges of pricing tables

  • When displaying monthly and annual payment options side by side,
we do not make only one option extremely prominent

  • We do not delay displaying pricing conditions (such as first year only) until confusion would arise

  • To prevent surprises like “it’s actually annual payment / it’s actually expensive with monthly payment” just before signup,
we clearly disclose this early in the signup flow

4. Transparency of Additional Fees and Exception Costs

We do not hide “costs that may not be included in the base fee.”
We disclose the following in advance.

  • Optional fees (if applicable)

  • Conditions under which additional charges apply (e.g., exceeding limits, additional resources, etc.)

  • Conditions under which fees are incurred (e.g., differences by payment method, etc.)

  • Conditions and calculation methods for refunds/settlements if applicable

*To avoid “unexpected charges,” conditions for additional fees will be available on the pricing page or pre-application screen.

5. Clarification of Auto-Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

To prevent misunderstandings specific to subscriptions, we clearly state the following:

  • Whether auto-renewal applies (and when renewal occurs if applicable)

  • Cancellation method (procedure and timing of reflection)

  • Treatment after cancellation (until when service remains available, whether prorated, etc.)

  • Whether refunds are available/conditions (if applicable, procedures and scope)

6. Consistency of Pricing Information (On-site and Off-site)

We ensure that pricing information appears consistent across all locations.

  • Homepage (LP)

  • Pricing table

  • Application screen

  • Confirmation email/invoice

  • Advertising/external listings (to the extent possible)

We regularly review to ensure that display criteria and conditions align across the above.

7. Policy Regarding External Sites, Comparison Articles, and Affiliates

When external sites introduce our pricing, we recommend the following to prevent misunderstandings:

  • Clearly distinguish between “monthly payment,” “annual payment,” and “monthly equivalent”

  • Clearly state first-year and campaign conditions

  • Include a reference to the source (official pricing page) of the pricing

*Expressions on external sites may not be fully within our control. If you notice displays that may cause misunderstandings, please let us know.

8. Continuous Improvement and Revisions

This charter will be continuously improved based on user feedback and changes in the social environment.
Revisions will clearly indicate the content and revision date.

  • Established: December 18, 2025

  • Last revised: December 18, 2025
