Many other subscription services use shared servers (multiple customers sharing the same server), but we provide one dedicated VPS per company. Fully managed means we handle all technical operations—server monitoring, OS updates, WordPress updates, security patch application, incident response, etc.—on your behalf.

From the existing customer portal (hb.bestnetllc.co.jp), open a ticket to the "AI Content Studio" department to submit your request. Simply select a category and provide a few lines of request details. No need to install specialized tools or create new accounts.

We respond sequentially according to the content of your request, and as a guideline, we provide a preview within a few business days. Articles and revisions are relatively quick; new landing pages, feature pages, and other content-heavy projects may take more time. If urgent, please note that in your ticket.

Under our commercial API contract, we operate with settings that do not use input data for training. For highly confidential information, you can switch to local LLM processing on our GPU VPS with the "Data Sovereignty Option" (+$318.70/month).

AI-generated content undergoes quality checks before publication. High-risk content such as technical B2B materials is also manually reviewed to prevent incorrect information from being published. Final content approval is the customer's responsibility, while quality checks and continuous improvement are our responsibility, as specified in the contract.

Excess items are billed at $31.87 per item at month-end. If continuous overages are anticipated, we will propose a higher-tier plan. We manage all quota tracking, which is always visible in the portal. No management work is required on your part.

One new article (up to 1,500 words), one modification to an existing page, one new page, or replacement of 5 images—these are guidelines for "1 item." Announcements and AI-powered initial responses are handled separately and are essentially unlimited.
※ Multilingual translation (BESTNET Lingua) is not counted as "items" but is managed separately by "translation character quota" (see the next FAQ).

BESTNET Lingua is a WordPress multilingual translation module developed in-house by our company. It is included as standard in all plans, eliminating the need for paid license fees ($99–$199/year) for industry-standard solutions like WPML / Polylang Pro. You can use high-quality translation powered by Claude AI within the quota for each plan.

• Complete traversal of Elementor's `_elementor_data` using our proprietary walker eliminates incomplete translations caused by plugin dependencies
• Glossary registration (brand names, technical terms) enables consistent terminology
• SEO-ready (automatic hreflang tags, multilingual <title>, automatic internal link localization)

※ Claude API actual costs (translation, chat, content generation—all) are processed through your Anthropic account via this service's BYO API Key method. Our monthly fee and operational quota cover translation operation effort (prompt tuning, cache management, glossary management, SEO configuration, etc.).
※ Currently in production on fxvps.co.jp (FX-dedicated VPS business) with 6-language operation (Japanese→English, Korean, Simplified, Traditional, Hindi). This is an in-house module deployed in real-world operations.

RAG Knowledge is a system that enables AI to cross-search your company's internal materials (sales manuals, product specifications, FAQs, internal regulations, etc.). As a 12-month continuous subscription benefit for the Premium AI plan, we provide one-time initial setup free of charge.

Materials to Provide (Guidelines)

• 1 file = 1 topic in Word, PDF, or text file format
• File names that indicate content (e.g., "Sales Manual.docx," "Product A Specifications.pdf," "Frequently Asked Questions.txt")
• Total: Up to 50 files / Up to 100MB / Up to 500,000 characters text equivalent
• No personal information or third-party confidential information (mask or exclude in advance)

What We Will Do

• Data vectorization, tagging, and integration into the RAG engine
• Integration with glossary (BESTNET Lingua)
• Trial operation and answer quality tuning (up to 3 iterations as standard)

Important Notes

• RAG answer quality is directly tied to how well-organized your provided data is. If materials are disorganized—mixed with old meeting minutes, conflicting versions, image-heavy documents, etc.—we will provide a separate estimate for data organization services (hourly rate: approximately $63.74/hour)
• For requests like "I don't have time to organize," we also provide organization services
• Through preliminary consultation, we will propose whether materials can be used as-is or require organization, ensuring no unexpected costs arise later
• Initial setup is one-time only. Ongoing knowledge additions and updates are handled within the monthly operations allocation

Yes. As a 2026 migration incentive, we offer "first month difference free, next two months at half the difference," plus one complimentary RAG knowledge initial setup (with Premium AI contract) for 12-month commitments.

The new website plan designs and builds from scratch, creating a site optimized for your business. The migration plan takes over an existing website (WordPress, other subscription HP services, Wix, Peraichi, Jimdo, Shopify, etc.) and migrates it to our environment, adding WP 7.0 + AI features. Monthly fees, features, and operations allocation are the same; only the initial cost and production details differ.

Yes. Even services with restricted data export, such as Wix, Peraichi, Jimdo, and Squarespace, can be migrated by analyzing and recreating the published page information using AI.

However, this is not a "perfect restoration" but an "approximate recreation from published pages." Proprietary plugin functions, custom JavaScript, members-only pages, payment features, etc., cannot be recreated.

To avoid issues, please review "Important Notes on AI Recreation Migration" before contracting and provide written consent via the "AI Recreation Migration Confirmation." We will also provide sample pages in advance.

Yes, because we use the industry-standard WordPress, you can migrate to any other WP environment at any time. Upon contract termination, we provide content data in WordPress standard format (WXR) and media files. However, AI-related components built by us (RAG knowledge base, AI prompts, custom themes, etc.) are licensed for use only during the contract period. Our philosophy is "no lock-in, but create reasons not to leave."

Cancellation is possible, but you will be responsible for one of the following: (1) the total monthly fees for the remaining contract period, or (2) a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the monthly fee × remaining months. You may choose whichever is lower. Data delivery will occur after payment of the cancellation fee is completed.

This assumes inquiry responses from visitors under normal business use. If significantly abnormal traffic (DDoS-like use, scraping purposes, automated mass inquiries, etc.) is detected, we may apply rate limiting or discuss additional fees after consultation.

The AI features of this service (AI first-response chat, AI site search, BESTNET Lingua translation, content generation assistance, etc.) utilize Anthropic's Claude API. We do not include API fees in the monthly charge, but instead adopt a "BYO (Bring Your Own) API Key" approach where customers contract directly with Anthropic.

※ BYO API Key is an industry-standard approach also adopted by WordPress AI plugins (AI Engine, GetGenie, WPML translation, TranslatePress AI, etc.). We follow this industry standard while providing fully managed API key issuance support and operational assistance, eliminating technical barriers.

API key issuance is fully supported by us

While the Anthropic Console uses an English UI and USD billing, we provide API key issuance procedure manuals + initial setup support (included in the onboarding process). It takes approximately 30 minutes and requires only one credit card.

Startup AI proxy option

For Startup AI customers who find direct contracting with Anthropic challenging, we offer a +$19.12/month proxy option (processed through our Anthropic account, API actual costs included in monthly fee).

※ The operational fees for AI features we operate (content generation assistance, AI first-response prompt tuning, BESTNET Lingua operation, etc.) are all included in the monthly fee. Customers are only responsible for actual API costs to Anthropic.

Because this service uses the BYO API Key approach (direct contract with Anthropic), actual API costs are billed directly to your credit card. We will not charge you additionally.

Dual protection provided by us

• BASTION: Detects prompt injection, bots, and scraping, automatically blocking attacking IPs
• Rate limiting: Automatically limits abnormally frequent inquiries on our server side

Triple protection on Anthropic side (configured by you)

• Set a monthly spending limit in the Anthropic Console (e.g. up to $100/month)
• Email alerts at 80% and 100% of limit
• Automatically stop API calls when limit is reached (physically prevents runaway costs)

※ When supporting API key issuance, we will guide you through our recommended Budget Alert / Spend Limit settings.
※ Even if an attack slips through BASTION and rate limits, Anthropic's Spend Limit functions as the final line of defense.

Positioning: An "after-hours/holiday automated receptionist" that catches inquiries without missing any.

It is primarily designed for the following scope:

• Basic FAQs such as business hours, location, and service overview
• Navigation guidance such as "Where can I request materials?" or "What are the differences between pricing plans?"
• Receiving requests like "I want to speak with a representative" or "I need a quote," then reliably directing to the inquiry form

Specialized questions requiring individual judgment (cost estimates, contract terms, professional judgments in medical/legal/tax matters, detailed answers about your company's specific operations, etc.) will be automatically directed to the inquiry form when the AI determines it cannot answer. Final responses and business judgments are designed to be made by your company's staff (human-in-the-loop).

Designed as a "growing system": It launches with basic FAQ coverage at the start, and we monitor and analyze logs monthly. By progressively incorporating your industry terminology and typical inquiry patterns into prompts and FAQs, accuracy improves with continued use.

※ Final review and publication decisions of AI-generated content are the responsibility of Party B (the customer) (see Contract Article 10, Paragraph 4 and Article 15).
※ Premium AI's "advanced version" allows more specialized FAQ responses through RAG (cross-company document search) integration, but the structure of final decision responsibility remains the same.
